When you connect for the first time, you will be required to register by selecting a unique user name and a password. Once you are registered, you will be able to access your record in the JSI Job Application Manager. As a first time user, you will be guided through a series of pages requesting personal and voluntary information, job application for a current opening with JSI.

Reminder: When entering data on the forms you will need to use either the 'Tab' key or your mouse to move from field to field.

In order to save the information entered on each page you MUST click the 'Save' button that appears at the end of each page.

To review the information you have already entered, you may use the 'Back' and 'Forward' buttons on your browser menu. To leave a page without saving any of the changes you have made, click the 'Cancel' button appearing at the end of the page.

Once you have entered all of your information into the JSI Job Application Manager, notification will be sent to the appropriate hiring manager for review of your qualifications and consideration for the position for which you applied.

The following information provides details on how to complete the pages that make up the JSI Job Application Manager.

Personal Information

The personal information page contains a number of fields that are required for applying for job with JSI (or WEI). These required fields include:

On this page, you may also choose to include any special training and skills that you may have under the 'Additional Information' section of this page.

Lastly on this page, you will be asked to upload a copy of your resume or curriculum vitae, preferably in MS-Word format.

Once all of this information is complete, remember to click 'Save' to save your information and continue to the next page.

Voluntary Self-Identification

JSI is subject to certain governmental record keeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations. In order to comply with these laws, JSI invites employees and applicants for employment to voluntarily self-identify their gender, race/ethnicity, disability, and protected veteran status. Although submission of this information is encouraged, identification is voluntary. Refusal to provide it will not subject you to any adverse treatment. The information will be kept confidential and will be used only in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, executive orders and regulations, including those that require the information to be summarized and reported to the federal government for civil rights enforcement. When reported, data will not identify any specific individual.

If you choose to provide this information, please select the appropriate response using the radio buttons and drop-down menu available. If you choose not to provide this information, there is an option to decline within each section.

Apply for a Job

The 'apply for a job' page confirms the position for which you chose to apply. This page also requests information on your availability to begin work and how you heard of the position for which you are applying.

In the availability field, you may either enter a specific date or a phrase for when you are available to begin work with JSI, such as 'within 2 weeks.'

In the 'source' field, select the most applicable option from the drop-down menu to inform us how you were made aware of the position.

Once this information is complete, remember to click 'Save' to save your information and continue to the next page.

Electronic Signature

The electronic signature page requires review and acceptance of an employment application statement prior to submission of your application. By clicking 'Save,' you agree that you fully understand and accept all terms and conditions included within the statement.

Application Complete

The 'application complete' page confirms the submission of your application and allows you to Exit the JSI Job Application Manager or Edit any of the information that you have provided.
